These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LovBubble application and related services. By using LovBubble, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
LovBubble is an app designed for couples, including features such as pairing, shared moments, games, widgets, notifications, and optional premium subscription features.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably updated.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Upload content that violates rights of others.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data.
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
4. User content
You retain your rights in the content you create (such as notes and photos). You grant LovBubble a limited license to host, process, and display such content only as needed to provide the service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Premium access may be offered as auto-renewable subscription or in-app purchase.
- Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account according to Apple terms.
- Renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are managed via Apple subscription settings.
- Shared premium benefits for paired accounts may apply depending on product configuration.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion can be requested in-app or through /delete-account.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of severe or repeated violations of these terms or when required for security/legal reasons.
7. Intellectual property
The app, brand, design, and software components are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights explicitly granted, no license is transferred to users.
8. Service availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LovBubble is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, interruption, or data loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your country.
