Delete Account

If you want to delete your LovBubble account, you can do it directly from the app or by contacting support.

1. In-app deletion (recommended)

1. Open LovBubble and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the profile/settings area.
3. Select the delete account option.
4. Confirm deletion.

2. Deletion by support request

If you cannot access the app, send a request to support@lovbubble.net from the email linked to your account with subject: Account Deletion Request.

3. What is deleted

• Account profile and authentication references.
• Moments, notes, and user-generated account content.
• Pairing-related personal data associated with your account.

4. What may be retained

• Records required for legal, tax, fraud, or security obligations.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you.

5. Processing time

We target completion within 30 days after verifying account ownership, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Subscription note

Deleting your LovBubble account does not automatically cancel active App Store subscriptions. You can manage subscriptions at: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
